Eventologists create a Midsummer Nights Dream at hed kandi

The Eventologists have been busy this last week as the team headed off to Ibiza for the installation of the new props and costumes for the Famous Es Paradis. The reviews and reaction of the clubbers on the opening night was great.

The theming was based on a midsummer nights dream. Amongst the installations created for the club theming were giant topiary balls, huge luscious vines with giant lilies for the roman pillars, water features, a stunning chair and a DJ booth. The costumes were designed in keeping with the theme, giant wings, colourful head pieces – stunning and sexy costumes which complete the look of this yea’rs set. We will be posting images of the props and costumes on the Eventologists blog for the next few weeks – look out for more news on Hed Kandi in the next few weeks.

Wow!...what an amazing conference/exhibition this year

WE were thrilled to have been part of it and in collaboration with our strategic partner: Lime Venue Portfolio, we not only built a very impressive stand, drawing record visitor numbers this year but also were delighted to be asked to execute the theming for the ‘Unusual made easy’ showcase.

The rooms were transformed with several of our stunning full size trees, bejewelled and dressed in vintage style. Spring meadow flowers were very cleverly applied to the scene by the incredible floristry skills of Karen Woolven floral design and clever lighting provided by MCL.

The catering/hospitality was an inspiration, courtesy of Leith’s and Payne & Gunter. Overall, a resounding success with over 200 showcase visitors being ‘blown away’ by our imaginative theming and for that matter, the entire event...Can’t wait for next year
